At this time Classy Cassie is not accepting returns. Please be understanding, we are still new at this. As our company grows and changes, so will our return policy. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email Classy Cassie immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise (returns are not guaranteed). Classy Cassie does their best to provide its' customers with detailed pictures and descriptions of products to ensure customer satisfaction. We do not want our customers to be disappointed with their purchase. With that being said, we are open to product suggestions. Custom orders can possibly be arranged upon customer request. Please allow 2 business days for replies to product concerns and custom order requests.
Exchanges can be made for any item(s) in stock; as long as the returning product is in the same condition that it was shipped to you. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return for exchange. Please allow 2 business days for a response. If the product being exchanged exceeds the previously paid amount, an invoice with the additional balance will be issued to the exchangee. If the exchanged balance is less than the previously paid amount, a credit will be issued for the remaining amount owed. If the returning product is not in the same condition it was shipped to you, no exchange, credit or refund will be given. Shipping costs for exchanges will not be covered by Classy Cassie, unless agreed otherwise.
